Bilenex Sp. z.o.o, referred to as "the Company", complies with applicable legal laws, also known as the Whistleblower Protection Act. This policy specifies how authorized individuals including Company workers, known as "Whistleblowers", may report such infractions. Reports may deal with activities taking place inside the company or involving third parties that the whistleblower has a work-related association.
NOTIFICATION ELIGIBILITY
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, reports may be made by:
- Shareholders in the company.
- Employees working under various contracts.
- Supervisory board members and managing directors.
- Connected agents along with their partners.
- External parties that participate in business operations.
- Job applicants, interns, and volunteers.
REPORTABLE VIOLATIONS
Under the Whistleblower Protection Act, individuals can report violations that:
- violate additional laws or EU guidelines pertaining to financial services, taxes, consumer protection, environmental protection, and other areas.
- Contravene the Whistleblower Protection Act.
- Demonstrate behaviors associated with a criminal offense.
- A misdemeanor with characteristics that carry a fine of more than PLN 17200 is committed.
SUBMITTING A NOTIFICATION
Whistleblowers can report information to Mariks Kijanovs, the designated Competent Person, through the internal structure of the company.

EXTERNAL REPORTING
The systems of the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIFI) and the Ministry of Justice provide external reporting for offenses covered by the AML Act.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Company's internal rule "WHISTLEBLOWING - SYSTEMS FOR NOTIFICATION OF POSSIBLE ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES" provides specific protocol, safeguards, and notifier rights.
